November seems to have sped right past me.
Punctuated briefly by out of town visitors (Lenny's high school Bruce and Tara from Grand Manan; and then Kelly and Kurt this past weekend), it's otherwise been busy yet uneventful.

Work is still going well, and I was awarded a prize for being one of the top sales people last month.
Our Moneris staff party was an extravagent all-nighter event held at the Memramcook Institute. A formal turkey dinner, followed by a show by Maritime comedian "Jimmy the Janitor", and a dance. I won a gift basket worth over 200$ as the door prize. :)

Today Lenny and I are having another meeting with MTA regarding the booking of a hall for the wedding reception. It appears our previous choice may be shot down, as the beautiful ballroom I wanted may now be used as a junk room due to lack of storage space on campus... Thankfully the person now in charge of campus rentals is a friend of mine from classes a few years ago, so at least she's willing to be honest with me.

That's all the news fit to print for now: it's my day off- so I'm going to take a nap.

Home on the Range

I'm heading to Halifax tomorrow morning, for a couple of days (going back on wednesday).
I'll try making some calls to see if anyone's available to meet up for coffee / catch-up..
though I think a lot of the phone numbers I have for everyone are out of date by now.

so- if you're reading this, and you have a few spare minutes this week, please give me a call.
I would love to see / hear from you.
on my cell: 506-878-7383
or my parent's place where I'll be staying: 826-7690
